Do You Ship Worldwide? Yes! Made in America & France, shipped everywhere

What Currencies are accepted?  You can toggle between AUD, USD, Euros. You can transact via Credit Card, Paypal and Google or Apple Pay.

How much does Shipping Cost? Shipping cost is shown during checkout and vary depending on product weight and your location. It generally ranges from $3-10 USD in the US & France ; and $4 to $15 for worldwide shipping. To offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs.

Is Tracking Available? All US Orders have shipment tracking, Most international orders to Europe, Asia and Australia have tracking : click here. However for somes areas this is unavailable.

Prices can be displayed in US Dollars or Australian Dollars. During checkout, payment is processed in USA dollars because it's the most common currency but don't worry you will pay the price that was displayed in your own currency.

We accept Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) transactions, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments. 

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Paypal and we do not store any sensitive information.

Do You Accept Money Orders?

We currently only allow orders to be purchased using credit cards or PayPal accounts. We do, however, employ a method of interaction with our customers that does not compromise credit card information. We take every measure to ensure the security of our online system. 

You can shop with confidence knowing our web site assures online visitors that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted, or altered.


Does The Cost Of The product Also Include The Shipping Cost?

The cost of the product does not include the shipping cost. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and depends on where you are shipping, what type of device you order your product for, what shipping method you prefer and how many products you have ordered. But to offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs.

How Do I Enter A Discount Code?

Please follow the directions listed below to apply a discount code to your order.

  1. Add your product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. You will notice the "Apply Discount Code / Pin Code" box.
  3. Enter the discount code in the box being careful not to add any extra spaces or text characters in the box.
  4. Click “Apply” to get the discount applied.
  5. Once the discount code is accepted you should see the total price change on the right hand side of the webpage.
  6. Proceed further by checking out and providing your billing and shipping information.


Can I Change My Payment Method After I Have Placed My Order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we cannot make any changes to your payment method or billing information.


Why Am I Receiving An Error Message When I Place My Order Using A Credit Card?

If you are receiving an error message while entering your billing information we ask that you please check the billing information before placing the order. If you are still having trouble with your credit card information then please contact us and let us know the exact error message you are receiving so that we can look into the matter for you.

We Ship Worldwide.

We use two suppliers to print, and dispatch orders. Shipping times can vary due to product availability, your location, and even snow storms. As a general rule fulfilment & shipping takes:

US Continental & France: 11-20 days.

Canada: 13-20 days.

International: 11-28 days.

Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered: we are a small team to prepare orders and final deliveries will be made by the local postal service … what we can not be controlled.

Postage is determined based on the weight of the order and your location, but generally, range from $3-10 (USD) in the US and $4-15 for international shipping. To offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs on the products (free shipping).


Items May Be Shipped Separately

A poster in a tube obviously won't fit in a bag with a shirt, and sometimes shirts are in stock at one warehouse but not another - so one may arrive a day or two before the other. We try to let you know when this is the case. Don't freak out, it's on its way - email us if you have any concerns! 


Damaged Goods

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders. However, if you believe your goods were damaged during shipping, please contact us via support@dearbball.com within 15 days and we will work with our suppliers to solve the issue, at no cost to you. 



All our orders within the US and Europe come with shipment tracking. Unfortunately some international orders do not have tracking. If tracking is available, once your order is sent out, you will receive an email with the tracking link (or click here).

Do I Have To Pay Custom Costs For International Orders?

Orders that are shipped to international countries may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. There is no charge in most countries.

How Much Does Shipping Cost For International Shipping?

The price for shipping varies based on the items and quantities in your cart. When you check out you will be presented with a final review page which details all product prices, shipping/handling, and taxes before placing your order. To offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs on the products (free shipping).

Can I Use Expedited Shipping Methods For International Orders?

Currently we do not offer any expedited shipping options for internationally shipped packages.

àWhat Shipping Methods Do You Offer Internationally?

At this time we only offer Economy- UPS Mail Innovations shipping service for our products being shipped internationally or outside of the United States.

Economy or UPS Mail Innovations

UPS MI picks up, processes, and transports your mail to a USPS facility. At that time USPS accepts your mail piece and will transport it to the appropriate country where it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. Please keep in mind that for somes International shipping there will be no tracking. The estimated delivery time frame is 7-10 business days, but can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Can I Receive My Order Tomorrow?

Unfortunately we do not offer the option to receive your order the next day. Due to the unique printing nature of our product, we ask that you please allow an estimated 2-5 business days for production of your order and additional time for your order to be shipped and delivered.



Dearbball is committed to creating products that meet our customers' high-quality standards. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure high-quality standards are meet. If an issue has occurred with your order, please find the respective section below and follow the steps listed. 


  • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Goods: Please contact us via support@dearbball.com within 15 days of the package being received. Any claims received after this date may not be able to be processed, this timeline is set by our third party suppliers. We will then work with our suppliers to ensure they rectify the situation. In these cases, additional costs are covered by third party suppliers.
  • Wrong Address:If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or you listed a PO Box which couriers can not deliver to, then the shipment will be returned to our suppliers' warehouse. We will contact you to confirm an updated address with you, and you will be liable for the additional shipping costs. For this reason please ensure you submit an email address that you check regularly, and add support@dearbball.com to your contact list to ensure we can contact you and avoid spam filter issues. We are unable to provide refunds for customer error providing an incorrect address due to the stress it places on our small team. 
  • Unclaimed Packages:If a package is unclaimed they are also returned to our suppliers' warehouse. You will be liable for any additional shipping costs. For this reason, it is advisable to specify an office address where packages can be delivered at any time, not just when you are at home. 
  • Lost In the Mail:We will reprint and resend at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information (if applicable) state that the package has been delivered (check here), Dearbball and our suppliers will assume no responsibility, but will work with couriers and shipping providers to attempt to resolve the issue. For this reason, we recommend shipping to office addresses, and double checking your shipping address is correct.

Unfortunately, we do not refund products for buyers remorse, or size exchangesWe hope to provide these services in the future however as a small business, it is impossible at this point in time.
