Do You Ship Worldwide? Yes! Made in America & France, shipped everywhere
What Currencies are accepted? You can toggle between AUD, USD, Euros. You can transact via Credit Card, Paypal and Google or Apple Pay.
How much does Shipping Cost? Shipping cost is shown during checkout and vary depending on product weight and your location. It generally ranges from $3-10 USD in the US & France ; and $4 to $15 for worldwide shipping. To offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs.
Is Tracking Available? All US Orders have shipment tracking, Most international orders to Europe, Asia and Australia have tracking : click here. However for somes areas this is unavailable.

Prices can be displayed in US Dollars or Australian Dollars. During checkout, payment is processed in USA dollars because it's the most common currency but don't worry you will pay the price that was displayed in your own currency.

We Ship Worldwide.
We use two suppliers to print, and dispatch orders. Shipping times can vary due to product availability, your location, and even snow storms. As a general rule fulfilment & shipping takes:
US Continental & France: 11-20 days.
Canada: 13-20 days.
International: 11-28 days.
Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered: we are a small team to prepare orders and final deliveries will be made by the local postal service … what we can not be controlled.

Items May Be Shipped Separately
A poster in a tube obviously won't fit in a bag with a shirt, and sometimes shirts are in stock at one warehouse but not another - so one may arrive a day or two before the other. We try to let you know when this is the case. Don't freak out, it's on its way - email us if you have any concerns!
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders. However, if you believe your goods were damaged during shipping, please contact us via support@dearbball.com within 15 days and we will work with our suppliers to solve the issue, at no cost to you.
All our orders within the US and Europe come with shipment tracking. Unfortunately some international orders do not have tracking. If tracking is available, once your order is sent out, you will receive an email with the tracking link (or click here).
Frequently Asked Questions
Orders that are shipped to international countries may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. There is no charge in most countries.
The price for shipping varies based on the items and quantities in your cart. When you check out you will be presented with a final review page which details all product prices, shipping/handling, and taxes before placing your order. To offer you the best prices, we make every effort to not add shipping costs on the products (free shipping).
Currently we do not offer any expedited shipping options for internationally shipped packages.
àWhat Shipping Methods Do You Offer Internationally?
At this time we only offer Economy- UPS Mail Innovations shipping service for our products being shipped internationally or outside of the United States.
Economy or UPS Mail Innovations
UPS MI picks up, processes, and transports your mail to a USPS facility. At that time USPS accepts your mail piece and will transport it to the appropriate country where it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. Please keep in mind that for somes International shipping there will be no tracking. The estimated delivery time frame is 7-10 business days, but can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Unfortunately we do not offer the option to receive your order the next day. Due to the unique printing nature of our product, we ask that you please allow an estimated 2-5 business days for production of your order and additional time for your order to be shipped and delivered.
Dearbball is committed to creating products that meet our customers' high-quality standards. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure high-quality standards are meet. If an issue has occurred with your order, please find the respective section below and follow the steps listed.
Unfortunately, we do not refund products for buyers remorse, or size exchanges. We hope to provide these services in the future however as a small business, it is impossible at this point in time.
