All refunds or exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
If you have not yet received your order, the size change must be requested within 48 hours of the order to ensure that we can change the size.

Product issue: Send us a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a new product free of charge.
Wrong size received: our supplier must have made a mistake. Send us a picture of the size received. We will send you a new product free of charge.
The size doesn't fit me: Our products are true to size and standart fit. Out of 2,000 people tested, only 0.1% would have chosen a different size. In this case, we do not refund but we offer a big discount to order another size if you want a product that fits wider or tighter.
Cancellation requests must be made 48 hours after purchase. That's the time limit we have to cancel orders.
Once the process has started, you will have to wait until you receive the package to request a refund.
