REFUND and EXCHANGES

 

All refunds or exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Please allow at least seven (7) days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Cancellation of order before delivery of the product.

Cancellation requests must be made 48 hours after purchase. That's the time limit we have to cancel orders.

Once the process has started, you will have to wait until you receive the package to request a refund.
